1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Hymi.in (the "Service"), creating shortened links, using our QR codes, or consuming our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Hymi.in is designed to help creators and brands manage clean links. You agree that you will not use our platform, redirects, or custom codes to:

• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, malware, spyware, viruses, or malicious payloads.
• Facilitate phishing, credit card fraud, identity theft, or deceptive scams.
• Promote illegal substances, dangerous weapons, or non-consensual graphic material.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademarks, or personal safety of others.

We reserve the right to review destination URLs, inspect user-submitted redirects, and instantly suspend or delete links that violate this policy without notice or liability.

3. User Accounts and Sessions

You can generate links as a registered user or a guest.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, password check controls, and session cookies confidential.
• Guest sessions are stored locally in your browser storage. If you clear cookies/storage, you may lose access to your generated links, which cannot be recovered manually by Hymi.in support.

4. API Access and Rates

Developers may shorten links programmatically by obtaining API keys. You agree to follow the designated rate limits and documentation instructions. Flooding the Service, scraping tracking metrics excessively, or bypassing custom safety checks will result in immediate API key suspension and IP block.

5. Limitation of Liability

The materials and services on Hymi.in are provided on an 'as is' basis. Hymi.in makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Hymi.in or its parent entity, Sever Solutions, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the redirection systems, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
